Water Harvesting: Increasing the level of water table by improved tech

(OP)
Recently in our area the level of underground water table is going down rapidly. So we look forward to improved water harvesting techniques to ward off any future water shortage problems. Kindly suggest some tips specifically for a big structural unit like a factory.
Thanks!

RE: Water Harvesting: Increasing the level of water table by improved tech

Unless you can change the precipitation, drainage and vegetation in your area, you will not be able to recover the groundwater level no matter what kind of technique you may use. However, if your neighboring users are willing to reduce thier consumption, you will achieve your goal with or without any new tech.
