Does anyone have experience with large installations of lithium-metal-polymer batteries? I have a client who wishes to use this technology for backup power. I am primarily interested in speical fire protection requirements due to the flamability of lithium. But any comments experiences regarding performance, managemabiltiy etc. would be useful as well.

Manufacturer is http://www.avestor.com/

(I posted in the battery forum a while back, but there are not many participants).
