Garage Door Finger Protection

Garage Door Finger Protection

(OP)
I am looking to find a European standard of somekind that defines the allowable clearances between section joints of an operating sectional garage door that defines it as a finger protected design.  In the US we have a code that is described by this site  http://www.dasma.com/PDF/Publications/Standards/116-200...
I am specifically looking to find information that relates to the size of the testing probes that would be used to check a section joint for allowable gaps.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
