Ground Grid Analysis

We are looking for ground grid analysis software. So far we found that CYME and ETAP may suit our needs. I would appreciate any feedback from the users.

RE: Ground Grid Analysis

Hello Borti

Another supplier of extremely versitile grounding software modules is SES (Safe Engineering Services and Technology).  They are located in Quebec, Canada.  Their URL is posted below.  These modules are a bit more difficult to use that those posted perviously, but SES's software accomplishes so much more than the others (if you need this power that is).  We have found the software excellent, and their usergroups are very informative.  If you do buy their software, take their course as it is extremely helpful.

I have used ETAP on a number of projects. It is fairly simple to use and offers IEEE and FEM Methods.

Suggestion: If there a need to be in charge of the software and calculation, then it is better to input IEEE Std 80 equations into spreadsheet.

I would like to thank everyone for such a valid input.
