I´m looking info on underwater welding. Depth up to 12 meters. Wet and preferably with ROVs.

ABS published the proceedings of a conference on this topic - "international Workshop on Underwater Welding of Marine Structures" Dec 7-9 New Orleans. Check with your local ABS office they may have some copies available.

Carburize... i will check it.
