DIN Spec & Certs for ASME fittings/flanges

(OP)
I wasn't sure which forum to place this queation, but I guess we vessel guys have more experience/knowledge?!? ;)

Is it possible to buy ASME B16.5 flanges (dimension wise) in DIN material and specification?
Note - I do not mean ASME material flange/fittings with DIN certs.

If they are available, are they:-
1) off the shelf or are they specially made
2) certified per PED 97/23/EC material

Appreciate everyones help.
Thanks in advance

RE: DIN Spec & Certs for ASME fittings/flanges

Look for

EN 1759-1
(may be preceded with a DIN, BS or other european)

EN 1759-1. Flanges and their joints. Circular flanges for pipes, valves, fittings and accessories, Class designated. Steel flanges, NPS 1/2 to 24 Current,
Draft for Public Comment £10.00 £20.00

British supplier:
http://bsonline.techindex.co.uk/BSI2/Dir1/SitePage.asp?...

German (DIN) version available at www.beuth.de

I do not have this standard (note that it is still preliminary), but as far as I know this cover flanges with dimensions and ratings compatible to ASME B16.5

Also
ISO 7005-1, Metallic flanges -- Part 1: Steel flanges
This includes flanges of class PN20, PN50 etc. which are compatible to ASME B16.5.

Available at http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/CatalogueListPage.CatalogueLis...

Note that dimensions (flange thickness but not geometry) and ratings may vary slightly for some sizes. I assume this may be the case also for EN 1759-1

Hope this helps.
Regards
Mogens
