Photoworks2 and old files

(OP)
I just attempted to open a file of a standard part that happens to have old photoworks info in it. I get an error when opening it that states: Translation of Photoworks data in models saved prior to Solidworks2001plus is not supported.

I have no problem with this, except for the fact that I can't close the error message. Why doesn't Solidworks just erase the obsolete Pworks info. Instead I lose my model entirely. Thanks Solidworks.

BTW I am using 2004sp1
