Hey, Those of you on 2003 with service contracts, did you get 2004 upgrade training for free or did you have to pay for it? Sorry if this is posted elsewhere... couldn't find it.

If you have had SW03 training, then all you need to do is go through the What's new to understand what's new. If you want to take more training in SW04 you have to pay for it.

Once you learn the program well, you won't need any training between versions just the what's new and playing with the version.

I just presented a "Whats New" deal at the local SW User Group this week. Will post the whole presentation and discussion on the website this weekend. Maybe it will help you understand what is new easier, and if you want more in depth, then you could check the whats new manual and/or play with it, like Scott suggested.

Check www.okswug.com on Monday and see if it will work for you, if you want...
