Old Inertia Papers New Design

(OP)
Need quick help or direction by morning (10:30 pm now) I'am now rent-a-penciling a new job using a old design. Large mold timing (22 ft dia) having 20 molds weight unknown at this time (this is old design). All this should be of no concern to you since I don't have a print (other then one handwritten paper)and the original has been sold, but I have a picture so a new design no promblem.
Now what I do have is a answer of 1254.25 lbs. at 10 ft rad. (location of mold)
and notes of 1394 lbs at 9 feet and 1140 lbs at 11 feet. He used the (D=10ft)formula F=M/D=1254.25 lbs.
Mmax = 1389650*.009257=12542.56 ft lbs.

The main formula was E*Mmax=I * ~(fish sign)

I = ph*2pi (11^4/4 - 9^4/4) =109.49(2pi)x2020
~(fish sign) =  ~(fish sign)ave = .0057459(pi/2) =.009025

This go round starts and stops to be filled and emptied.
It seem he's figuring ramp up. He has "the index will follow a sin wave throught the duration of acceleration which will last (half of one index).

They got me going into a pre-lim using a old purchase part stock list, couple of pictures, and this slip of paper. I'll guess 800 lbs a mold, 22 ft diameter track for timed curing ran like a carnival ride with, center spoke thrust brg, casters around outside.

I'll overwhelm with bs if asked about motor resizing but I will still need to know down the road. I'll find out but not by tomorrow. If one of you far side earth chaps (me, Toledo Ohio USA) happens to 10-4 this formula, could you point me in right direction?

just wandering,
regards,
rentapen
