Bench marking Industrial Engineering in Paper Industry

(OP)
Can Anyone in the paper industry tell me for standards do you set rates by footage per hour? This plant is new to the paper industry and I wanted to benchmark what the industry sets.  Each machine has its own roll to roll paper products and in some areas there is fan folding of paper products.  Equipment is flexodeck presses. In a two cell area where they have presses catchers and packers.  I would greatly appreciate your thoughts.  Thank you in advance!
