Concrate patchs for heavy loads

(OP)
hi everyone.
I'm working in window and doors manufacturing and we have Plant with fine concrete finish surfaced. Well after 5 years now Forklifts loading glass on and off start to damage few spots and we tried many 2 compound epoxy quick set patches and.
So they just don't hold up the heavy weight and a lot go thru traffic.

* I’m looking to buy some special mix to do repairs in 24h max 36 set up time. It can be concrete or any type material as long it will fuse with concrete and not crack.

Much respect to all my fellows and thank you in advance.
~B~
FYI>>> some depths are ~1/4" and go up to ~1"
             wide ~4" to ~30"
Load weight Standard foklift 5000~7000pounds plus about max 2000 pounds load of rack with glass on it
 = total max 10.000 pounds
