Tube with built in mounting flange?

Tube with built in mounting flange?

Tube with built in mounting flange?

(OP)
Does anyone know of a manufacturer that produces tubing (stainless steel or aluminum) with an integral mount flange, i.e. a flat piece that extends the length of the tube and not perpindicular with the fluid flow? Something like this _O_ .

And a technical question, for a 3/8" tube is it better to have 2 2" bends with ~1" straight section or 1 4" bend?

Thanks,
Jennifer

RE: Tube with built in mounting flange?

I would go with 4" as it is easier to make and the pressure drop will be less given your information.

You din't say what quanity of the tubing need. I don't have any people with anything approcahing your cross section.
If it's not a large quanity you might try on of these companies.
