flushing & cleaning of Gas Turbine Oil Systems

(OP)
Greetings.  Can anyone admise whether ASME LOS-4C1 is worth procuring at considerable cost as a reference to help us conducting such the above procedure on a 4.5MW IGT- i.e. is it a practical guide that would add value to the exercise?  The document I have a quote for is a 1971 Revision.  Thx.

RE: flushing & cleaning of Gas Turbine Oil Systems

I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND TO BUY ASTM D 6439, STANDARD GUIDE FOR CLEANING, FLUSHING, AND PURIFICATION OF STEAM, GAS, AND HYDROELECTRIC TURBINE LUBRICATION SYSTEMS, 1999 EDITION, RATHER THAN ASME LOS-4C1 IN 1971.
