How do I copy a range of cells and then paste them at the specified bookmark in word?

RE: Pasting data from excel into word

Select the cells in Excel, press Ctrl-C.
Then goto the bookmark in Word and press Ctrl-V!

Anyway, ofcourse you know this, but if you select the celss, you can then call the Application.Selection.Copy method, in Word you goto the bookmark using Application.Selection.Goto and paste by calling Application.Selection.Paste

Good luck
