Can anyone advise me a website that would contain a comprehensive list of coefficients of friction.  Specifically, I'm interested in Glass-Aluminium, Glass-Cork, and Glass-formica.

Don't have a website for you, just a good referenece

CRC Handbook of Physical Quantities, Boca Raton : CRC Press, c1997, 11 or 12 pages of dtata around page 150.

Sorry I don't have my copy of this handbook, it is still in storage. a library would have a copy.
