Hi,
A lot depends upon the type of method you may adopt for the stone column construction.  If it is a displacement method, then a method based on earth pressure or the cavity expansion method may be suitable.  Alternatively, if it is replacement method of construction, then you could look into something like the Japanese method (settlement reduction ratio, etc.).
