RE: Data to manufacture a helical gear

Do a search on the American Gear Manufacturers web site www.agma.org - you will find all the standards you need.

# of teeth
diametral pitch (or module)
helix angle
hand
normal pressure angle
normal circular tooth thickness
outside diameter
root diameter
normal fillet radius
normal tip radius

these are the minimum callouts you need to define the helical gear geometry completely.  Any other specs may be of use for measurement.
