standards for "crush washer" seals and sources for AN info

(OP)
Does anybody know of a documented standard, SAE or otherwise, for proper crush washer seals. Information I'm interested in is the dimensions and surface finish requirements for the ports and fittings, as well as standard sizes for the crush washers.

The only mention I've found of ANY standard is an old army-navy (AN) standard, AN900 and AN901. However, I have not been able to find the actual standard. Does anybody know where this information is available?

Andy330hp,

Have you checked the FAQ Where can I get SAE standards from? (FAQ14-803) yet?

Best regards,
