20 to 200 water liters /hour control

20 to 200 water liters /hour control

20 to 200 water liters /hour control

(OP)
I need to handle a water flow of 20 to 200 liter /hour.
It shall be +- 10% tolerance.
I'm thinking on a flow meter with a analogic output to handle a motorized valve.
As the flow is so small , I do not know what kind of valve to use.
Of course it will be a modulating two way valve, sure it is not a ball or even a globe valve, maybe it will be a needle valve, but I do not know where I can find it.
The water will be used to increase the water content on a product by spraying it .
The preesure to handle could be any that can be used on a spray nozzle, I can use any nozzle avaible to this flow.
The nozzle could be various depending on the flow.
Maybe one to handle 20 to 60 liters/hours, two for 40 to 80 liters/hours and so on.
The nozzles will be selected by independent solenoids valves.
The water temperature is the ambient.
It will be used to control the humidity on a pelletized animals food, before it pass to the pelletizer machine.
Any further detail could be explained if needed.

Thank in advance
