Refractory-Heater Storage

Refractory-Heater Storage

(OP)
In my refinery we bought one Fired Heater eight months ago. This equipment was fabricated by separated parts and we will install on field. In an inspection in storage the last week, we found superficial damage on refractory, caused for weather humidity (refractory was installed in shop).
In this moment we are planning to buy another fired heater (in separated parts)to another Plant, but we want to avoid that problem. We found the pricipal problem in the convection zone, because is dificult to repare the refractory, or is dificult to install refractory in field.

Have you any recommendation to storage difererent parts with installed refractory, during long periods?
Have you any abservation about this case?

The weather in the our refinery is :
-  Relative Humidity : 95%
-  Medium temperature : 90 °F
-  Tropical Zone
-  Refractory material :
°  Castabel (radiant floor, convection, stack))
°  Ceramic Fiber Blancket (radiant walls)

Thanks,
