does anyone have CAD drawings of the basic dimensions of motorcycle wheels (21 X 3.5" and 18 X 8.5"). I want to design my own wheels, and need to know the basic layout of the wheel(thickness, stem placement, etc.).

jme 1983 i am actually looking at building my own aluminum wheels myself. its for a custom 1977 royal enfeild which will now sport a low profile 190/50vr/18.let me know if u learn anything.

I am curious as to '1977 Royal Enfield'-Was that from India? I thought RE-UK went out of business in the 60's?

Page 8-54 of the 2005 Tire and Rim Association Year Book shows the rim profile for standard 5 degree drop centre rims for all common rim diameters.
If you can't lay your hands on a copy, a local library may be able to help.
