I have an aplication where H2S (0.001 %mol), CO2 (0.83 % mol) and water (0.13 %mol) are present in a gas fluid (methane).  I need to select one material between inconel 625 or SS 316L to protect my valves.  Which one could be the best against corrosion of these gases?.

316L is the best bet and a lot less expensive.
You didn't mention temperature/pressure. Come back with the temperature and pressure. You migh be able to look at 316 S/S for the bodies.

316L will work from a corrosion resistance point of view however if you need strength then it may not be adequate. Some standards (API 6A for example) require that, if the thickness of the corrosion resistant overlay is used in the calculation as part of the load bearing section its strength needs to match that of the substrate alloy.
