A plea to everyone - what country are you in?

A plea to everyone - what country are you in?

(OP)

May I suggest that when asking a question, we all make clear which country equipment is to be installed in, and say where equipment was manufactured if possible?  This is particularly relevant if question relates to 220-240V!

I work in UK, but design for all parts of the world, and this forum is great because I can tap other people's knowledge & experience.  Happy to make my contribution in return, but sometimes hesitate rather than confuse people.

Suggest something simple like:
'Equipment built in Germany to be instaled in US'

Best wishes to all.
Richard.
