2 shot moulds

(OP)
Hi I am looking to design a 2shot tool using tfpp and vitoprene , the shrinkage tf pp is 1.1% anf the vitoprene is 2% what do I do about the shrinkage and the differences.
Is there anyone who can help.

               Thanks Paul

RE: 2 shot moulds

Use a trapiziodal runner and have it all on the fixed half
and use a rotating sprue with only half of the runner detail in so you can mould each product seperately
Hope this helps
