Mapkeys on toolbar question

Mapkeys on toolbar question

Mapkeys on toolbar question

(OP)
Hi there,

I am stumped on a little thing. I am creating MapKeys and placing them on the toolbar, and would like the name of the MapKey to be displayed on the toolbar as well. It seems that some of the MapKeys default to this representation, but others only place an image on the toolbar. Any ideas on how to adjust this default?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

RE: Mapkeys on toolbar question

Do you mean the pop-up text or the button face?  What I would guess is that some of your mapkeys don't have the name and label tags in them.  eg

/dfc @MAPKEY_NAMECreate a neutral curve draft (/DFC);@MAPKEY_LABELNeutral Curve Draft;#FEATURE;#CREATE;#TWEAK;#DRAFT;#NEUTRAL CRV;#DONE;#NO SPLIT;#CONSTANT;#DONE;

Hope that answers the question

Never mind, figured it out. Requires a simple right click on the mapkey of interest on the toolbar while having the Customize Screen window open. You can choose to display text, image, or image and text.

Matt

P.S. Thanks for the assist Catzcradle, the @MAPKEY_NAME defines what appears in the tooltip, while @MAPKEY_LABEL defines what appears as the text on the toolbar.
