EHV cable directly buried

EHV cable directly buried

EHV cable directly buried

(OP)
HI, I am trying to specify the installation of a 132 kV XLPE cable to be buried directly in the ground.
Can anyone give me information about the method of laying, type of backfill, size of trench (depth, width) , laying arrangment, bonding, etc....
I will have also to lay in the same trench a fiber optic cable, a control cable and earth cable. Is there a minimum distance to be respected from the 132kV cable ?

I would appreciate any additional technical information or internet site address.

THank you

RE: EHV cable directly buried

Question: Are you aware of rodents, chemicals, etc.?

RE: EHV cable directly buried

We are only specifying the cable with a lead sheath and an insect protection (termites).
No specific chemical hazard has been identified on site.
NOte : THe cable is intended to connect a cogenration step-up transformer to a 132 kV switchyard.
