Need to know what the chemical composition of Ledloy 300 is.

UNS and ASME and ANSI seem to be of no help. Strange but true. Or I'm just not looking in the right spot.

Please Help.

RE: ledloy 300

This was a proprietary leaded steel and was akin to 12L15 say some.  It was used along with Rycut 40 made by Ryerson who is now Ryersontull.
Ledloy had a 78,000 Tensile, 60,000 Yield at 153 Brinnell. The machine ability was 180. Its selling point was it machine ability.  We had lot of jack screws made from this material.
