RE: inspection fixture

hi
use one round pin and a diamond pin to locate the part to be tested preferable at oppsit ends of the part then bore holes in the fixture exactly where the the rest of the holes should be, then make sliding pins with the ends turned down to the sum of the mmc of the hole and the location tolarence. Your pin gage end will be smaller by the sum of these deninsions.
Any hole that your pin will not enter is eigther out of location or under size if the later is true then you can open the hole to lmc and recheck.
