Hi,
i am working in kellenberger external cylindrical grinding
m/c, i grind valve parts which is very precise.

i face ovality problem(using expansion mandrels) as the wall thickness is about 5-8mm, does any of u faced this,
please share ur ideas..

Are your mandrels being over-applied or tightened?

dear ornerynorsk,

we apply minimum pressure as well as we tried other type of clamping too, still we r getting ovality of .001 to .002 mm
