Color Question 2004

Color Question 2004

Color Question 2004

(OP)
I am trying to individually give all parts the same customised color in an assembly but things don't seem to work as expected.  Sometime colors don't want to change and the online help hasn't given me the answer. Can someone help?  Although it isn't something that I do regularly I don't recall having this problem with 2003.

RE: Color Question 2004

WHAT YOU CAN DO IS WHILE YOU HAVE AN ASSEMBLY OPEN,SELECT THE FIRST PART IN YOUR ASSEMBLY HOLDING DOWN CTRL SWITCH.HOLDING SHIFT SWITCH SELECT THE LAST PART IN ASSEMBLY.THAT WOULD ALLOW YOU TO SELECT ALL PARTS IN ASSEMLY.NOW YOU HAVE ALL PARTS SELECTED YOU CAN SELECT COLOR YOU WANT FROM COLOR PROPERTIES.YOU WILL SEE THE RESULT AS YOU HUBBER YOUR MOUSE BUTTON IN COLOR PROPERTIES.
