I make a assembly01 with 4 part.the 4 part are drived with a  sketch in the
assembly.I make many configuration of the assembly.
then i make a new assembly02 and i will insert different configuration of
the assembly01 but they appaer even with the same configuration

Your question is worded in such a way that I had to read through it a couple of times but I believe I know what you're asked now.  When you insert assembly01 into assembly02, the last saved or current configuration of assembly01 is what you are supposed to see.  To change the appearance of assembly01:

- RMB on assembly01 in the component tree
- Select "Component Properties" from the menu
- Change the menu selection in the "Component Properties" dialog from "Last Saved" to "Select From List"
- Select the assembly01 configuration name that you wish to use in assembly02
