Boolean operations

Boolean operations

Boolean operations

(OP)
I have the need to open two seprate parts in Pro-E 2000i2, combine them, and then separate the volume of the second part from the first.

Effectively modifying the first part by removing the bound volume of the other from it.

Are there Boolean operations included in Pro-E to do this?

If not, is there a way to achieve the desired result?

I am a novice user and would greatly appreciate the help.

Thank you

RE: Boolean operations

Hi,
The same "cut out"  option is also available in Part mode. You can make use of it for removing the volume.

  Feature>>Create>>Data sharing>>Ext cutout
