cable entry into boxes

(OP)
HI guys
Our work group was working thru the thread on high resistance grounding and trying to figure out how it related to Aussie regs when we realised that we use a technique for cable entry into motors and boxes  which does really reduce the frequency of things going snap crackle pop. You may or may not use it now but if you don't please give it serious thought.
In our industrial installs we rarely use single wires in conduit. We use  orange circ multi cores and incomplete conduit. No bends or jboxes the conduit supports the cable. Then where it enters a box or motor or lamp etc etc bottom entry only with a well fitted gland. Hey presto water or spray ingress is zero. Hazardous environment = SWA cables with appropriate glands. xlpa single feeders >>treat the same as orange circ with high quality glands. With a little bit of thinking we reckon its  possible to eliminate that problem altogether.

Any way it's just a sugestion
Regards Don
