Which release to install next

(OP)
Hi all

We are currently using V5 R11 SP2.
We cannot decide whether to go upto SP4 or SP5
         OR
install R12 SP1

Any advice/opinions would be welcomed !

Thanks

RE: Which release to install next

Teresa,
It seams like about every 6 months this arises that DCX is going to make the switch.  Do you feel confidant in saying this,  do you have any articels on the web that you have found that state this.  It would be great.  If you do have some insight was it corperate wide or just certain divisions (ie: drivetrain, exterier body, electronics)?  Let me know.  Thanks!!!

RE: Which release to install next

I wouldn't recommend anyone to work on anything less than sp3. I also got the message from a very god source that anything less than sp5 on R11 shouldn't be used. Do install R11sp5 a.s.a.p. and wait for at least sp3 for R12 before doing any serious work on it.
