Help to program a collision simulation in a rarefied gas environment

(OP)
I am writing a program using MATLAB,to simulate collisions among a few thousand molecules contained in a vessel, containg a mixture of 2 gases, which constitute a rarefied gas environment. i am supposed to determine the approach to equilibrium of these molecules,by finding their thermal velocities.I have been able to find the initial velocities of the molecules, but have been unable to proceed further.

If anyone has already done this or is willing to try it out for my sake,I would be very grateful. You can ask for any info u need, thatz been defined by the problem.I'll be able to provide it to u immediately.

Thanks in advance,
SriMat
