Keeping Full History of design drawing?

Keeping Full History of design drawing?

Keeping Full History of design drawing?

(OP)
Does anyone know a way I can keep the full history of a design made in CATIA when transfering it to Solidworks?  Is there any third party software to do this, or better yet, can it be done directly?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

RE: Keeping Full History of design drawing?

There is no third party tool available that will retain the complete history while transferring CATIA model to Solidworks. But there are some other ways you can do this. Some companies tell they have some tools that can retain the history while transferring the data from CATIA to Solidworks however with some human intervention(very minimal). You can mail me if you need some information on this.
