I am looking for torque specs as well as any long term road experiense as far as corrosion is concerned.

I would think that the combination of road salt ( as used in many of the northers states in the winter) and brake pad dust would render the threads useless in a year or so.

The torque spec would seem to be critical also.

35 yrs Tire Eng. Designed basic rain Firestone for CART. SCCA & IMSA Pro & Am. Set lap records at 6 different road courses in '89-91.
