I need to bond a 1" Lexan doubler onto the edge of another piece of Lexan.

Anyone know what kind of adhesive to use?

Thanks!

RE: Bonding Polycarbonate (Lexan)

I like to use Weld-On by IPS Corp.
http://www.ipscorp.com/
I called them with my application and they were very helpful in finding the right weld-on product to use.

RE: Bonding Polycarbonate (Lexan)

We use contact cement and you really have to work if you have to take it apart.

RE: Bonding Polycarbonate (Lexan)

We work through Ellsworth Adhesives and pose them the question. It will depend on a number of items what they may suugest.
These being heat, vibration, clarity, food grade, etc.
