Bonding Polycarbonate (Lexan)

(OP)
I need to bond a 1" Lexan doubler onto the edge of another piece of Lexan.

Anyone know what kind of adhesive to use?

Thanks!

RE: Bonding Polycarbonate (Lexan)

Go to the Internet site for the 3M Adhesives Selector:

http://selector.3m.com/selector/us/en/ma...

You will get a number of suitable products, and you can choose the most appropriate one (application method, etc.).

Cory

RE: Bonding Polycarbonate (Lexan)

I would normally recommend an acrylic adhesive.  3M & almost everyone makes them.  Typically it will be a PSA.

Good luck,
