Pervaporation - Prediction Software (Juices)

Hi..It´s my first message...

I am starting PhD program. The main target is to develop
a pervaporation prediction software to evaluate aroma    recoveries from Fruit Juice. I am intending to start with key aroma compounds.
Please, I would like to know if you know some reference about pervaporation simulation targeting aroma compounds.
Could you suggest some reference about membrane simulation processes...?
Thanks in advance, I hope to help you with your projects and questions.
  Feel free to advise....

RE: Pervaporation - Prediction Software (Juices)

although it is not customized for aroma, sulzer chemtech provides for interested customers a user-defined module for PRO/II process simulation, which simulates the pervap process. afaik, this tool is constantly improved by fitting to data from real, existing process plants.

contact them, perhaps they are also interested in your works and are willing to share some of their knowledge. Nick Wynn is the person to speak to, he also gave a presentation on this topic at this years ACHEMA convention. I'm sorry, I can't provide his email, but you should be able to find out. their website is
