Pervaporation - Bibliography (Food Industry)

(OP)
Hi..It´s my first message...

I am starting PhD program. The main target is to develop
a pervaporation prediction software to evaluate aroma    recoveries from Fruit Juice. I am intending to start with key aroma compounds.
Please, I would like to know if you know some reference about pervaporation simulation targeting aroma compounds.
Could you suggest some reference about membrane simulation processes...?
Thanks in advance, I hope to help you with your projects and questions.
  Feel free to advise....

RE: Pervaporation - Bibliography (Food Industry)

"The Journal of Membrane Science" has published a lot on pervaporation issues. This is probably the best source I know on this subject. Simulating this kind of things can get as complex as you really want. I dont know any specifics on your particular system, but I guess you'll probably need to run some experiments. Lots of constants to be determined!
