Need help finding material ASAP

Need help finding material ASAP

Need help finding material ASAP

(OP)
I am working on a quote that contains some molded parts.  I sent the drawings out for quote and got 2 no-quotes because of material definition.  This quote is due soon, so any help you can give would be helpful.

The material is called out as "Molding Compound per MIL-M-14F type CFI-5.  From what I have found, there are MIL-M-14/# specs, with #= to 1-8, but no 14F...  Any ideas?  I am at a dead end, this is a good job, I would like to get it in the shop, but I can't do a quote if I can't get the molded parts done.

RE: Need help finding material ASAP

Check with plastic materials suppliers from your local yellow pages or off the web.  They may have it identified with their product line.
