How can U Flange Sheetmetal Hole?

(OP)
Can anyone suggest a procedure to flange a cutout hole in thin-sheet metal.

ie: 5" Dia. Hole with .25" lip at 45 degrees around the circumference of a round (or sometimes oval) cutout.  (a.k.a. Lightening Holes)
Any suggestions would be useful ..

RE: How can U Flange Sheetmetal Hole?

Create a Forming Tool, check SW Help Topics.  It's your best solution.

RE: How can U Flange Sheetmetal Hole?

you might check in your Feature palette\forming tools There might be one already there. If so, you can modify it and resave it.
