Protection Against Oil and Grease

Protection Against Oil and Grease

(OP)
Dear all,

We use a lot of cylinders made from mild steel, each able to contain 30 litres of petroleum products.
Over time, the coating of these cylinders gets contaminated with the product and becomes greasy (because of spillage etc).
Is there anything that can be added to the coating to enhance its easy-cleaning properties.  Does adding glazing material helps?
The coating system applied currently is zinc metal coating (40 microns) + epoxy primer (30 microns) + epoxy finish (40 microns)

Currently we just use a water jet spray to clean the cylinders but this does not remove the grease effectively.

Thank you.
