Hello, pls. help me find articles how to size furnace grate area for biomass fuels.

B&W, Babcock & Wilcox of Barberton Ohio publishes or published an excellent reference book titled "steam-its generation and uses"  Try to get a copy of this book, and I believe it will have helpful information, both with respect to heat release for grate area, as well as furnace volume.  It has a lot of other related material for other than coal, oil, and gas fuels.
