I just graduate as Mechanical Engineer, at the moment I working in an oil company. We have problems to recovery spill oil on land. We need to treat this dead oil before put into the system but I don't know what I have to do. I was looking information about but I found only for offshore. If you know something about that please give an advise an as well useful website or books I would be grateful.

Dear MGV ,

Pls give more details to spilled oil,is it leaks from equipment,or broken connections..
There are standard methods to treat this oil and reuse it if you can collect in waste oil tanks..it depends on quantities ,to decide on  the best method.
