I asked about the best suite method by mechanical refrigeration.

As sugested by MintJulep , I would choose CO2 liquid.

What are the law that handle this kind of cooling system???

Please apologize me , I forget to say that the load will be charged at -40 °C, so there is only need to compensate the wall heat loos.
If any advice could be made about Insulation , it will be wellcome.
