Can anyone tell me the formula to calculate the pressure in an inverted conical shaped tank?

If you mean 'calculate the stress due to pressure', just take the formula for cylinders where the radius (or half the diameter) is replaced by the radius of cone normal to wall (or the actual local radius divided by the cosine of the cone half opening angle).
I'm assuming of course that your cone is not resembling nore to a flat than to a cone, and that you have no supports on the conical portion.
