Linear Kinetic Devices, Magnetic Flow Conditioners, Rare Earth Magnets, etc. as put out by various manufacturers claim to align particles in flowing streams of water, gasoline, oil, etc., etc. and rid those streams of undesireable characteristics.  But, are there any hard scientific, objective proving (or disproving) of these claims?
