Help needed:
hi all
what are the best easy ways to connect or constrain or model contact in LSDYNA3D v960 for the following parts
i. thick shell elements part firmly resting on solid elements part, both are concrete modeled in rigid material
ii. tubular steel beam firmly rested and connected to top face of concrete slab modeled in thick shell elements both are rigid materials.
iii. plate shell elements slotted inside plate shell elements part, both are rigid and must rotate together.
iv. solid elements resting a top plate shell elements firmly connected, both rigid.
v.thick shell elements modeling tubular steel shaft to be firmly connected to two plate shell elemnts all are rigid and firm attachments are required.
